Dish Shifters Are Billed $0.43 Per Hour For The OAI Coverage On All Accepted "Shift Package" Hours Worked Through Dish Shift To Cover Benefits.

All Eligible Dish Shifters Are Protected By Occupational Accident Insurance (OAI). OAI Covers Dish Shifters As Independent Contractors (1099 Worker) In a Similar Manner To How Workers’ Compensation Covers W-2 employees. This protects eligible Dish Shifters from having to pay for qualified medical expenses out-of-pocket in the unfortunate event they are injured on the job.

Dish Pit Staffing provides access to Occupational Accident Insurance (OAI) to eligible Dish Shifters In Accordance With the On-Demand Independent Contractors Association (ODICA). The Association provides educational resources, unique services and products for independent contractors operating in the gig economy.

* Dish Shifts $0.43 Per Hour OAI Coverage provides benefits to eligible Dish Shifters For injuries and fatalities that occur while working Shifts through the Dish Shift Platform, Some of the benefits provided by the OAI policy include:

• Accidental Death Benefit: up to $50,000
• Survivor’s Benefit: up to $200,000 for eligible dependents
• Accidental Dismemberment Benefit: Up To $250,000
• Paralysis Benefit: Up To $250,000
• Temporary Total Disability Benefit: Up To $500 a Week
• Medical Expenses: Up To $1,000,000 With No Deductible or Copay
• Limits Of Liability: $1,000,000
• Aggregate Limit Of Liability: $2,000,000

Note: Occupational Accidental Insurance Coverage Is  Automatically Deducted From Dish Shifters Hourly Wage & Only Provided To Workers Completing Dish "Shift Package" Assignments.
