Our Dish Shift Platform Allows Kitchens To Set There Own Hourly Pay Rate & Replace 2-3 Employed Dishwashers (W-2), With 1 Full Service Dish Pit Operating Professional.
When Scheduling Dish Shifters Weekly Schedule, We'll Calculate The Total Hours & Days Requested As An Initial Offer To The Most Qualifying Dish Shifter. All Dish Pit Operators Assigned Shifts For Single Day Or Multiple Repeat Shifts, Receive Scheduled "Shift Package" Assignments In Advance And Are Paid Weekly, Once Weekly Shift Package Hours Have Been Confirmed & Approved By Client. Invoices Are Generated Every Sunday Night At 11:55pm And Approved Hours Are Automatically Direct Debited The Following Day (Mondays).

Our Registered & Trained Dish Pit Operators Are Professional Independent Contracting Dishwashers (1099) Dedicated To Maintaining Cleanliness During & After Serving Times.
Each Dish Shifter Responsibilities Include Cleaning Back Of House Area In Kitchen, Collecting Used Dishes, Plates And Utensils, Loading Washing Machines And Stacking Washed Items Appropriately, Along With Any Cleaning Duties Deemed Necessary By Kitchen Staff.
• All Dish Shifters Will Consistently Ensure The Availability Of Clean Dish-ware By Washing Flatware, Dishes, Pans And Pots.
