One Of Our Most Dynamic Service Features Includes The "Shift Package" Service Model To Enhance Service Attendance, Consistency & Reliability. The "Shift Package" Is a Weekly Bundle Of Total Hours Offered To Dishwashers Containing The Total Weekly Amount Of Hours And Set Wage Payout That Must Be Completed Within A Monday-Sunday Time Frame, In Order To Assure Reliability To The Weekly Assignment.
Example: If The Client Has Contracted Dish Shift To Fulfill The Dishwashing Needs By Setting The Hourly Pay Rate At $17 Per Hour And Schedules A Dishwasher (Dish Shifter) To Operate The Dish Pit On Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday From 11am-11pm, That's An Attendance Requirement Of 48 Total "Shift Package" Hours That Must Be Completed Within That Weeks Timeframe. The Assigned Dishwasher Would Get An "Shift Package" Offer Of 48 Total Hours For That Specific Week And Would Be Paid $816 In Full For Completing The "Shift Package". If The Dishwasher Only Completes 44 Hours, There's An 4 Hour Attendance Deviation, Which Is Then Classified As A "SHIFT PACKAGE BREACH", Meaning That The Dishwasher Will Only Be Paid The Breach Wage Of $12 Per Hour For 44 Hours, As Noted In The Attendance & Reliability Clause Outlined In The Dish Shifter Contract Agreement. Once A Commitment To Complete a "Shift Package" Is Accepted By A Dish Shifter, Any Hours Greater Than 4 Hours From The Total "Shift Package" Hours Accepted Will Result Into A "SHIFT PACKAGE BREACH".
